About the Position

Job Responsibilities

Grab the bull by the horns, be accountable for supporting the overall operations health and strategic decision making by providing incredible deliverables, an amazing experience, and support creating a Best Is The Standard experience, you will directly improve the sustainability of the organization.

This position is responsible for the efficiency & effectiveness of the day to day operations of managing the operations to help the company grow faster. This includes Finance, Accounting, and HR (Talent Development).

You MUST be:

  • An analytical thinker who loves testing, digging and systematically making things better
  • Top notch communicator with an operations background and a knack for finance

This is done by fanatically understanding all the operational details at and really living in the data, daily! Specifically, you’ll focus on 2 areas:

  1. Operations Management 

    • Accelerate revenue growth

    • Help open micro office in Austin, TX for SDR team

    • Run the day to day operations of the business (free up Chandler and get him out of the weeds)

    • Improve labor efficiency and operational excellence

    • Oversee accounting & finance function to achieve company’s financial goals

  2. People Development

    • Recruiting & hiring

    • Develop the existing team (training clubs, ride alongs, job shadows, onboarding, hack-a-thons, off sites, etc)

    • Retain our best talent long term


We’re looking for someone to join our team to be a Operations Manager & People Development.

As our Operations Manager at, you will provide a Disney-level experience to the Operations Team. You are accountable for managing and optimizing the financial resources and operations of the company.

Every day, you will have the opportunity to drive a positive, personalized, and high-quality experience at Essentially, you’re the captain of the ship in a high-autonomy environment with ample room to learn, be challenged, and grow constantly — all while changing the world! Pretty cool, right?

NOTE: This position is full-time and hybrid to the Austin, Texas area.

Compensation Structure

Yearly salary of $75,000-150,000; depending on qualification and experience.

Also includes the following benefits:

Weekly Schedule

This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 45 hours a week of availability.
