About the Position
Job Responsibilities
We have an incredible marketing department and SDR team that set hour long strategy sessions for our inside sales team. Your job is to maximize conversion. Your KPI's are show rate, close rate, average order value, and total monthly revenue.
Compensation Structure
This is a base + commission position, where commissions are uncapped. You would be joining a team of five inside sales reps, whose annual earnings range between $160,000-$250,000.

Weekly Schedule
This is a 100% work from home position with the expectation of 45 hours a week of availability. You are welcome to open additional slots on a given week if you would like. The hours can be quite flexible, since we have apsiring authors all around the world.
Qualifications
Required: At least three years of very high performance as a sales representative.
Preferred: At least five year of very high performance sales experience in a high volume setting, selling mid ticket products ($1k-$20k), with a one to two call sales cycle.
