What You’ll Be Doing

Objective:

Grow Qualified Appointments (Qapps) and Revenue while reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage growth channels and their leaders.
  • Increase revenue through qualified appointments and marketing funnels.

Key Skills:

  • Scale paid acquisition channels past $10M/year.
  • Lead a marketing/demand generation team.
  • Passion for marketing.

Focus Areas:

  • Grow effective channels, prune ineffective ones.
  • Foster a culture of testing and innovation.
  • Make data-driven decisions.

KPIs:

 

  • Revenue growth: 40%+ per year.
  • Qapps growth: 40%+ per year.
  • Reduce CAC.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Experience running marketing for a company doing at least $20M in annual revenue
  • Ability to create & grow multiple marketing channels (and manage the leaders of those channels) in a way that drives down CAC while also growing revenue
  • A visionary with a deep understanding of innovative online marketing strategies and a proven track record of creating campaigns and initiatives that will drive down CAC while increasing revenue.
  • A strong leader / executive who can lead a team
  • Thorough hands-on-keys experience building, implementing, and maintaining marketing campaigns and automated systems.
  • Solid grasp of copywriting

Compensation Structure
  • Competitive pay: $125,000 – $250,000+ total comp
  • Approximately 1/2 base, 1/2 incentive comp based on revenue growth
  • Top tier healthcare: Your choice of high quality healthcare (For US-based full-time employees)
  • Self-Care budget: $3,000 annual to be used for massages, house cleanings, or even date nights with your spouse

Work remotely: save $5k/year in commuting costs and 100+ hrs each year (aka. 2 ½ extra weeks of vacation time)
