- Timeliness & Accuracy of Financial Reporting and reconciliation (Monthly reports submitted by the 6th of the following month with 99%+ accuracy)

ABOUT THE JOB

The Bookkeeper & Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for maintaining precise financial records and managing the accounts receivable process to ensure optimal cash flow. This role plays a critical part in the financial health of the company by ensuring timely collection and accurate accounting of revenues. The position combines detailed financial management with effective customer interaction to support the company's overall financial strategy.

NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual. Meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at SP.com is located around the world, with the majority of us in North America.

Compensation Structure
$38,000-$50,000 + incentives

Weekly Schedule
This is a 100% work from home position with the expectation of 45 hours a week of availability. You are welcome to open additional slots on a given week if you would like. The hours can be quite flexible, since we have apsiring authors all around the world.
Qualifications
- Required
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Prefered:
- 2 years of receivables, sales, or customer facing experience
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting
- 3 year of experience with bookkeeping for a business of $15mil+ in revenues
- 2 year of experience with managing books for an internet marketing company
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to analyze data
Personality:
- Friendly, helpful, awareness of company needs, systems-oriented to solve problems.
