What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our social presence—managing content calendars, creating platform-optimized posts, and actively engaging our community. Your north stars? Growing followers, increasing engagement, and driving revenue through organic content. 🌱
More specifically, you’ll:
📅 Develop and manage a content calendar across all social platforms
✍️ Write and publish compelling, platform-specific copy (and repurpose like a pro)
📊 Research audience behavior and trends to craft relevant, high-impact content
🎯 Run point on social lead magnets and organic funnels to drive conversions
🤝 Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate social with company-wide initiatives
💬 Actively engage with our community—responding to DMs, comments, and mentions
📈 Monitor performance analytics to spot what’s working and scale it
🎉 Brainstorm and test new ways to reach, engage, and convert—contests, collabs, and more!


DISQUALIFIERS:

❌ Have never managed social accounts professionally
❌ Are only interested in social media as a “side gig”
❌ Don’t track data or care about performance
❌ Struggle with consistency, planning, or meeting deadlines
❌ Want a job where you can just “check the boxes” and coast

Qualifications
Required:
-
2–4 years managing social media for a brand, creator, or agency

Strong understanding of platform best practices and audience engagement
-
Experience with content calendars, performance tracking, and repurposing workflows
-
Proficient with: Google Docs, Slack, Zoom, Google Drive, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and Google Analytics
Preferred:
-
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT/Claude, and Google Sheets

Understanding of SEO, conversion tracking, and organic lead funnels

You’ve created content that directly contributed to revenue, appointments, or leads 💸
The Pay

🕒 Full-time (40 hours/week)

🏢 In-person role based in our Westlake (Austin) office

💵 Salary Range: $32,000–$60,000/year, based on experience and skillset
