Range of services: Unfortunately we don’t have very many nice things to say about Book Writing Inc. The one thing they have going for them is that they offer a wide range of services to take you from the start to the finish of your book writing journey.
If you want to have a book written, edited, marketed, or published, the company has services to help you every step of the way.
Cons of Book Writing Inc.
Non-native English speakers: The writers and other employees at the company are from Pakistan and don’t have the most nuanced grasp of the English language.
Spam-like contact: Customers are harassed almost daily by the company. Even when they try to unsubscribe, ask the company to stop, and repeatedly block them.
High prices: The company is charging prices like a US-based company would. Unfortunately, you are not getting the same level of service as you would from an actual company based in the USA.
Poor refund policy: Book Writing Inc. claims that it will give you a full refund if you aren’t happy with the work but even if you fight with them about it the most you will receive is a 50% refund.
Slow turnaround time: Some customers never receive the work they paid for, or it takes months to receive even a partial chapter.

As you can see from the above reviews, this is a really spammy company. They are harassing clients daily and have even been threatening. That’s absolutely horrible customer service, to say the least. If you don’t want to receive daily spam mail, you should probably steer clear of this company.
Unfortunately, these aren’t the only negative reviews:
Not only is the customer service of the company terrible, but so is their communication and their writing. While you might hear from the company every day, that will only be when they are trying to sell you something.
This client had a horrible experience where it took 2 months to receive only one partial chapter and that chapter was completely unreadable.
Yet another person paid for 12 books and hasn’t even been able to use one. While the company did write one of the 12 books, they couldn’t format the book properly for it to be published. This is absolutely abysmal since they supposedly offer book formatting services.
Last but not least, clients have complained that although they are promised a full refund, they don’t actually get a full refund when they don’t like the services offered. The company will run with 50% of your money.
Since it seems that the company offers poor writing, can’t format, and spams you regularly, this is an exceptionally scammy company.
Our final thoughts
Based on all the customer experiences above, we couldn’t possibly recommend this company to anyone. We have to give Book Writing Inc. a 1 out of 5 stars. This company harasses customers, is terrible with actual communication, and doesn’t deliver on its services.
You are much better off using a company from the USA (not just one that lies and claims to be in the USA) who employs native English speakers. You aren’t even getting a good deal for hiring Pakistani writers, so you might as well pay for native English speakers anyway.
