Can Write Right actually write your content right? Today, that’s what we’re going to set out to answer.
When you have an academic paper or book written, you want it to be written well. Especially if you are paying for the service.
So is Write Right all that it claims to be? Or is Write Right a scam?
We want you to make informed decisions when it comes to how and where to invest your money. That’s why our mission is to help educate authors on the various self-publishing companies and services that are on the market today.
Our reviews are meant to be unbiased, 3rd party reviews, but we will speak up if there is a scam or a clearly better option.
Let’s take a look at the company closely in this full Write Right review.
What is Write Right?
Write Right is an Indian company that provides academic writing and ghostwriting services. It was founded in 2016 by Bhavik Sarkhedi, and has since served thousands of individuals with SOPs, CVs, ghostwriting, and more.
They call themselves your “academic writing partner.”
Can that hold up? Well, let’s take a look at how the company describes themselves on TrustPilot:
As you can see, there is already some cause for concern. “Write Right is now most loved content writing company?” Yikes. Not to mention the word salad above the ending sentence.
Write Right is clearly an Indian company – for better or worse.
What services does Write Right offer?
Write Right offers a number of academic writing services, including:
SOP writing
No, we’re not referring to Standard Operating Procedures. At Write Right, SOP stands for a Statement of Purpose. It is a document that explains who you are and what you do to demonstrate that you are the right fit for a university.
Write Right claims that their SOPs have a 90% acceptance rate from universities.
LOR writing
LOR stands for Letter of Recommendation. If you don’t want to write a LOR yourself, you can pay Write Right to write one for you. It is unclear whether they are saying they would write on behalf of you, or whether they are pulling a LOR out of nowhere and being one of your recommendations.
Resume writing
If you are having trouble writing your resume, Write Right can help. They offer full resume writing services with a turnaround time of 2 days. Just be aware that some people have claimed they are more resume formatting services than actual writing services.
LinkedIn Profile writing
Write Right will write or update your existing LinkedIn profile to ensure you get the most visibility on the platform. They will add in your recent accomplishments and skills.
Tourist visa SOP writing
If you are applying for a tourist visa, Write Right will write up your application letter for you.
Rejection SOP writing
This offering is a bit confusing. It seems to be just another SOP for your tourist visas to avoid rejection. This is very unclear.
Personal statement writing
It’s unclear how this service is different from their SOP writing service, but I suppose it could be used to write a personal statement for businesses as well as for schools. All the marketing on their website is for getting accepted into a school though.
Ghostwriting
Last, Write Right offers full ghostwriting services if you want to write a document or book. These custom services include fiction writing, non-fiction writing, and academic writing. They do offer multiple revisions for the ghostwriting services, unlike their other services.
How much does Write Right cost?
Write Right offers different prices based on what service you are looking for, and even what country you live in.
For example, if you live in the USA, a letter of recommendation will set you back 1,999 INR, or about $24.
If you want a personal statement, you will be charged 2,999 INR, or around $36.
If you live in Canada, you are asked to contact them for a quote, and if you live in Singapore, LOR writing services aren’t even an option for you.
As you can see, pricing is a bit confusing and not the most transparent.
You can rest assured that you will spend a lot less on the services at Write Right than you would at a US-based company, but you also won’t have native English speakers writing your content.
Pros and cons of Write Right
Here are some of the pros and cons of using Write Right:
Pros of Write Right
Cost: Let’s say it. Write Right is cheap, cheap, CHEAP. If you are looking to pay pennies for ghostwriting services, this will do the job.
Timely deliveries: For most of their services, Write Right offers a speedy fixed turnaround time of just 2 days.
Cons of Write Right
Quality consistency: As with many writing services, the quality of work can vary depending on the writer assigned to a project.
Non-native writers: This is the kicker. You are trusting non-native writers to write your academic work. This is seriously risky.
Only one free revision: Write Right only offers one revision for free. Since they aren’t native writers, this is concerning. They will definitely need more than one revision to get your project correct.
Communication issues: Depending on the project manager or team assigned, communication might not always be seamless. In addition to the language barrier, people have had issues with being ghosted completely.
Other Write Right reviews
Here are some reviews we found online about Write Right. While almost 70% of Write Right reviews are positive, the negative reviews are highly concerning.
Let’s take a look at both positive and negative Write Right reviews:

It’s nice to see a positive review of Write Right, and honestly, many of the reviews are similar. But then you get into reviews like this:
As you can see, there are some serious concerns with the quality of the writing at Write Right. And, as I mentioned before, only having one free revision is simply not enough.
You might also notice that all these reviews were written by people in India. After scrolling through seven pages of reviews, not a single Write Right review was made from outside of India.
That tells you something about the service. While it might be good enough for some people in India, it’s not the most trusted service by people abroad, and you should take notice of that.
Alternatives to Write Right
If you are looking for quality ghostwriting services, there are a lot of ghostwriting companies you should consider before Write Right.
Some of these include:
Write Right review: Final thoughts
Overall I would give Write Right 1 out of 5 stars. Sure, they are cheap, but you are getting what you are paying for. If you are a native English speaker, you can almost certainly write something better yourself, and the people at Write Right are only going to regurgitate what you give them anyway.
It’s best to pass on this one. You’ve been warned.
