About The Role

SelfPublishing.com is looking for a Bookkeeper & Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure our financial records are precise, up-to-date, and aligned with our company’s growth goals. You’ll play a key role in managing our accounts receivable process, maintaining accurate bookkeeping, and supporting the finance team with timely reporting and reconciliations.
This role is built for someone who thrives in structure, loves turning transactions into clear, reliable records, and is motivated by accuracy, efficiency, and results. From invoicing and payment tracking to account reconciliations and financial reporting, you’ll be the steady hand that keeps our numbers balanced and our cash flow healthy.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Bookkeeper & Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:

Maintain accurate financial records

Manage the accounts receivable process to ensure healthy cash flow

Ensure timely collections and precise revenue accounting

Combine financial expertise with excellent customer service to support the company’s overall financial strategy

Qualifications
Required:
-
2+ years bookkeeping experience
-
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred:
-
2+ years in receivables, sales, or customer-facing roles

Bookkeeping certification or accounting certification

3+ years managing books for a $15M+ revenue business
-
2+ years managing books for an internet marketing company
-
Ability to analyze financial data
-
Experience with ZoHo Books
-
Friendly, helpful, and systems-oriented problem solver
The Pay
💸 Salary range: $38,000–$55,000/year depending on experience
