What You’ll Be Doing

Email & Text Marketing Strategy and Management (60%)

  • Oversee email list strategy and Hubspot workflows to optimize Qualified Appointment (Qapp) performance.
  • Conduct rigorous split testing to improve conversion rates across sites and email workflows.
  • Enhance deliverability rates and increase open and click-through rates for email and text campaigns.
  • Reduce spam reports and complaints while boosting engagement and conversion.

Lead to Qualified App Conversion & Customer Journey (40%)

  • Improve copywriting for ads, CTAs, pop-ups, landing pages, etc.
  • Manage and optimize email and text/post-opt-in conversion and customer journey to increase Qapps.
  • Enhance post-opt-in user experience to reduce email overwhelm and create an “SPS Raving Fan Experience.”
